Refund Policy

At BeBetter, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service. Due to the nature of our business, services and contents delivered to our members, we maintain a No Refund Policy and are not able to provide a refund of any kind once your payment is accepted and membership is granted.

  1. No Refunds: All sales are final. Because our services involve significant preparation and scheduling to provide personalized fitness and wellness plans, refunds will not be provided for any services purchased. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to non-usage of service, dissatisfaction, or unforeseen personal circumstances.
  2. Cancellation of Services: If you wish to cancel any recurring services, we require notice of cancellation in accordance with the terms outlined in your service agreement. Please be aware that cancelling your services does not entitle you to a refund of any payments already made.
  3. Membership Holds: Should an unforeseen circumstance arise that requires temporary suspension of your involvement with our program, we may upon mutual consensus offer the possibility of placing your membership on hold for a predetermined amount of time. No refund will be issued during this hold period.
  4. Changes to Appointments: If you need to reschedule a personal training session or coaching appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid losing the session entirely. Failure to provide adequate notice, as stated in our late cancellation policy, will result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund.
  5. Service Quality: We take pride in the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your experience, please bring it to our attention. While we cannot offer refunds, we will make every effort to address your concerns and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
