1. Membership policy: You are purchasing a 3 month membership that can be renewed upon completion, but cannot be canceled after 24 hours of your application, and subsequent to the membership grant email generation.
2. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our business, services and contents delivered to our members, we are not able to provide a refund of any kind once your payment is accepted and membership is granted. Please check our Refund Policy page for more details.
3. Disclaimer: This Coaching service is purely for information and learning purposes, NOT for the purpose of Medical or Mental health treatment and no diagnosis is provided to the clients through this service. We strongly recommend our clients to seek all required medical diagnosis, advice, and care from registered medical professionals before availing this coaching service and follow the same process from time to time.
4. Waiver of Responsibility: We are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, damage, loss, or claim that may result from this program. You understand and agree that you are voluntarily participating in the coaching sessions at your own risk and that you assume full responsibility for any physical or mental consequences that may arise.
5. No guarantee: We cannot guarantee the outcome of your participation in this program as the key ingredients like time, effort, energy, and health conditions of our clients are not in our hands, but their own.
6. Restrictions: The services and contents provided as part of the Coaching are meant for your individual information and learning only. You are expressly and emphatically restricted from publishing, selling, sublicensing or otherwise commercializing any of the services or contents provided to you, and also from using them contrary to the applicable laws and regulations or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the business entity or any person related to it.
7. Jurisdiction: Any dispute, claim or request for relief relating in any way to this membership shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts at Hyderabad shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in this matter.
